Beginning my career in music, DJNightRunner aka NR01 (now Ruuku) started out DJing in 2001 locally for Birthdays, weddings, and various house parties. This lasted for a few years, but then I started to slow down during my admission into college in 2004. After that, I was looking for DJ software, and stumbled upon a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) called Magix Music Maker (my first music production software)... I have in fact carried on using Magix as my main production program as I have become so accustomed to it.

During my early years, my first DJ name was ''MadmaxThe1st'' until late 2004 when I thought that said DJ name was too unoriginal, so I came up with ''Night Runner'' while running and practicing Martial Arts. This also sparked off the quest to release my own music, and with the help of MagixMusicMaker2004 began practicing and learning how to produce. I needed help, so I found a very newly created early version of TheGZP.com (now doomed to history), back then known as GroundZeroProjects.com; a music producers forum. The people within this site worked off each other through friendly constructive criticism to better their DJing and Music Productions. It was kind of an open source community, but for music; and it was purely underground based. GZP established many DJ's and Producers that play out in famous Clubs and Bars all over the world... And I am on that quest too. Sadly, GZP ceases to exist, thus forcing me to go it alone once more...

In 2009 I decided to become a full-time Professional Music Producer, and so my "career" in the music industry began. 2010 was an interesting year when I befriended a fellow producer named FEDRA based in Sweden, whom allowed me to remix one of her tracks ''Girls Kick the Flow'' and Fedra liked the remix, so it became my First Release. I produce a multitude of Genres including: Drum n Bass, Dubstep, Soundtrack, Dance, RnB, Hip Hop, and various other music genres. I have a funny life-goal actually: I intend to release at least one song in every genre ever invented. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Ruuku is now (hopefully) the final form in my music career.
